Terms & Conditions kul8 – Rules & Regulations for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kul8" or "Platform" refers to the kul8.best website and all services, products, and content made available through it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has legitimately registered an account on the kul8 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a Member to access kul8's services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) available in a member's kul8 account for betting purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to credits, rebates, cashback, or any other financial benefit granted by kul8 to members subject to certain conditions.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirements" refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be met before a bonus can be converted into real money eligible for withdrawal.
• "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency used across the kul8 platform.

Any word in the singular includes the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the content.

To register and use the kul8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while using our services:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the point of registration and throughout your use of the platform. kul8 takes the prevention of underage access seriously and reserves the right to verify a member's age at any time.
• Is a real, living individual — registration by bots, automated scripts, or non-human entities is strictly prohibited.
• Not currently subject to any legal, contractual, or court order that would prevent you from entering into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion list or subject to any applicable responsible gaming restriction programme.
• Using the kul8 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) kul8 account active at any one time. Registering multiple accounts for any purpose — including to claim a bonus more than once — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held within them.

By registering a kul8 account, you agree to:

• Providing information that is true, accurate, current and complete as required in the registration form.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
• Not using another person's name, information, or identity to register for or use the kul8 platform.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing account access with any other party.
• Notifying kul8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Kul8 is not liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

All deposits to a kul8 account are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. The payment methods accepted by kul8 are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (including DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer)
• EWallet Boost
• ShopeePay
• FPX internet banking — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other applicable Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. No general maximum deposit limit is set, though limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and VIP membership tier.

Funds deposited into your kul8 account does not accrue interest and may not be transferred to another member or account. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from a legitimate source and constitute your own personal money.

Kul8 members may request a withdrawal to an account or digital wallet registered in their own name at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The member's account must have been fully verified (full KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus subject to rollover requirements must be fully completed before the associated amount becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed under any circumstances.
• Kul8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawal requests exceeding a certain amount, for verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

Estimated withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard Member: Within 24 hours of the request being approved
• Silver Members: Within 12 hours
• Gold Member: Within 6 hours
• Platinum VIP Members: Within 2 hours

Kul8 does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals. However, your digital wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies.

Kul8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to eligible members. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated in the relevant promotional communication. The general terms applicable to all kul8 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed one time only by each member, per IP address, per device, and per identical payment method unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members making their first deposit. Creating a new account solely to claim the welcome bonus again is a violation and may result in account closure.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirement (wagering requirement) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The rollover requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if the account is closed before the conditions are fulfilled.

All bets placed on the kul8 platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and non-reversible except under circumstances specifically defined by kul8 (such as match cancellations or verified technical faults).
• All bets are placed using funds in your MYR account balance. Credits cannot be used for betting unless they are a valid bonus with an active validity period.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or table are set by kul8 and/or the respective game provider and are subject to change from time to time.
• Kul8 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes in the event of an obvious technical error, incorrectly listed odds, or any exceptional circumstance that compromises the integrity of a game.
• Bets placed using unauthorised methods or through exploitation of technical vulnerabilities will be voided and the associated funds forfeited.

For live casino games, the result announced by the dealer or host once a round is concluded is final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of the game in question. kul8 will review the video recording for every dispute submitted.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your kul8 account. The security measures recommended by kul8 are as follows:

• Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols) and do not reuse the same password with other online accounts.
• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone, including kul8 support staff — we will never ask for your password.
• Logging out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security.

Kul8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. However, no system is entirely risk-free, and you also play an important role in keeping your account secure.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact kul8 support immediately via live chat or email so that protective action can be taken without delay.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kul8 platform and may result in account closure, forfeiture of balance, and appropriate legal action:

• Identity fraud — registering using false information or documents, or on behalf of another person.
• Money laundering — using kul8 as a channel to transfer, conceal, or legitimise illicit funds.
• Bonus abusers — registering multiple accounts, using a VPN, or employing any other means to fraudulently claim kul8 bonuses.
• Use of automated software — bots, scripts or any software that automates betting or actions on the kul8 platform.
• Collusion — colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of Live Casino games or Sports Betting.
• Hackers and technical exploits — any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or bugs within the kul8 system.
• Account hijacking — gaining unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Threats or harassment — towards other members, dealers, or kul8 staff.

Kul8 cooperates with the relevant authorities and reserves the right to disclose required information when requested for the purposes of criminal investigation or regulatory compliance.

Closure by Member: You may close your kul8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, all outstanding bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. Any valid real money balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Closure by kul8: kul8 reserves the right to close or suspend any member account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• There is suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity on the account.
• The member has failed to provide the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
• Kul8 accepts valid requests from the relevant authorities.

Following account closure due to a breach of the Terms & Conditions, kul8 is under no obligation to return any balance associated with the offending activity.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kul8 is not liable for:

• Betting losses incurred during legitimate use of the platform by a member.
• Service disruptions caused by internet infrastructure failures, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond kul8's control.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to keep their account login credentials confidential.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the kul8 platform.
• Any game outcome fairly generated by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system or by a live dealer in a live game.

Kul8 operates on an "as is" and does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. Nevertheless, kul8 is committed to resolving any technical disruptions as quickly as possible and to providing appropriate compensation to affected members where the disruption is attributable to a failure on kul8's part.

Kul8 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon the updated version being published on the kul8 website.

Kul8 will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address. However, it remains your responsibility as a member to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable version.

Continued use of the kul8 platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be considered as acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you have the right to close your account by contacting the kul8 support team.
